Cat Genie – Best Money Spent All Year!

I don’t have a cat, but one took up residence on our porch over a year ago. She wouldn’t leave, so my sister ended up adopting her. She named her Gemini, and Gemini has become quite the lovely pet for my sis.

One unfortunate thing about cats is that they use a litter box, that must be cleaned regularly. This was probably my sister’s least favorite thing about having a cat. Then she found the CatGenie.

It was pricey, but my sister really hated cleaning out the litter box. She decided to try it out, and has declared that it is the best money she spent all year. She’s had it for about 9 months now, and has not had one moment of regret.

The CatGenie attaches to the toilet. After the cat uses the box, fresh water is pumped into the box, dirty water is flushed into the toilet, the “litter” granules are scrubbed and a hot air blower dries the granules.

It sounds complicated, but once it’s set up — you only have to replace the granules a couple times a year. My sister truly appreciates the convenience of not toting dirty litter to the trash every week.
