Description:
Bright colored Dive Balls with tails that sink to the bottom of the water for you to grab and have fun with. They come in a package of three.

Review:
These balls are so much fun. Just throw them in the water and down they go. The tails flutter so they are easy to see and fun to watch. Once they hit the bottom they stay until retrieved by some of the best divers in your family.

Because they are so brightly colored the kids have no problems finding them once they hit the pool bottom. My kids like to watch the tails float. They kind of look like fish fins the way the sway in the water. The more the water moves the more the tails move.

We adults have a lot of fun with them too. We play games and see who can grab the most at once or who can bring one up the quickest. My children are even learning to do some great dives in the process. They think it’s a kick to see who can make the smoothest dives so the tails don’t flitter or who can make the water move the most when they dive so the tails go like crazy.

If you have a pool and are looking for something a little different for the kids (and adults) to play with to have some fun with, grab a pack of these dive balls. They are great.

Description:
A guide to finding outdoor activities to do with your child the whole year long.

Review:
I am a firm believer that my children will follow me if I show them it can be fun and interesting. This book gave me many ideas and resources to get outside. I use a lot of these ideas and just go out and do them. The kids do seem to follow if for no other reason than the fact they are nosey and want to see what Mom’s up to.

It works - they come out and before you know it we are doing something. There’s an idea for every time of the year. Summer, spring, winter and fall. It’s a non stop whirl wind of outdoor activities that we can have fun doing.

If you’re having troubles getting your kids outside set an example. Buy this book, take a chance and see if they don’t follow your lead. It worked with my kids and they are the most stubborn children I know.

The Battery life is a bit short and the second joystick and AC adapter pack must be purchased separately. Some younger children could have trouble understanding the V-Smile Smartridge games.

Johnson’s No More Tangles Spray Detangler - Review

No More Tangles Spray Detangler

Description:
Johnson’s No More Tangles Spray Detangler is a spray in hair detangler. It can be used on wet or dry hair to help remove tangles, making brushing your child’s hair easy. It leaves your child’s hair soft and easy to manage all day long.

Review:
Johnson is a trusted name that has been delivering some of the best children’s products for years. This detangler is no exception.

Ever experienced this with your young daughter? You just washed her hair and it time to brush it out. She starts thrashing around putting her hands over her head and crying no, no, no. Not a pretty thing to experience, especially if her hair is long, thick and curly.

Too many times, I ended up in tears right along with my daughter just trying to brush or comb her hair. With this spray detangler this scene can be a thing of the past. Your child will want to brush their hair over and over again.

The detangler can be used on wet or dry hair. I spray it right on the tangles with a couple of short spurts. By doing this the detangler gets all the way into the tangle. I also massage the spray into my daughter’s hair. Then there is no chance that the middle of a tangle is left out.

To keep from hurting my daughter while combing, I’ve found it’s best to start from the bottom and work up when combing her hair. Using slow mall strokes until the tangle is completely gone. If the tangle is really resistant, I just spray another little bit on it and try again. Very seldom do I need to re-spray however.

Once all the tangles are out, my daughter’s hair is smooth, soft and easy to manage. It takes less time and there are no more outburst or as Johnson’s is famous for saying “No More Tears.”

Backpack with MP3 Player Holder - Review

Product Name:
Eastsport Athletic Sling Trapezoid with MP3 Player Holder

Description:
This backpack is designed so that you can carry your CD player or MP3 player and be able to listen to your music while walking, riding or just treking around. It has a single strap for easy carrying over one arm and has many compartment areas for carrying books, notepads and other items.

Review:
This backpack was made for the music lover in mind. The main compartment has a removable MP3 holder so that you always have your music right with you. There is a hole for your earphone cord to come out so you never have to bother anyone else with your music.
There are numerous compartments included in this backpack. All of these compartments have easy access with dual zippers. There is also a cell phone holder and the front pocket organizer has a detachable key chain holder. There are many places to store things like pens, pencils and all the necessities of the day. The bungee cord along the front panel makes access easier, without the big and bulky look of other backpacks.

The single shoulder strap allows you to carry the backpack over one shoulder. It is padded making for less strain on your arm and shoulder. It also includes side compression straps.

Criticism:
There are a couple of things I didn’t like about this backpack. The main compartment is not very big. If you are in high school or college and have a lot of books to carry this backpack is not going to be much help for carrying all the books needed at once. The material is not very durable. If you carry too much at once the zipper will have a tendency to stick. I was trying to loosen the zipper and the material tore very easily.
