In honor of Earth Day, we’re talking about ways to be more earth-conscious when we go shopping.
My guest this week is Tiffany Washko of Nature Moms and we discuss the dangers of plastic, why not all plastic is recyclable, and 7 questions she asks herself before making a purchase. These questions are simple yet powerful because your decision to buy a particular product could greatly impact the earth.
We also discussed Tiffany’s Article about the book Shopping Yourself to Safety and why the book’s author thinks we’re “seeking to isolate ourselves from a large, toxic world.” A very thought-provoking article!
