FREE Pedometer!

Tylenol has a “Get Moving” program to help motivate you to walk and exercise more often! When you register for the program, you will receive a pedometer and a DVD of useful information.

Once you register, you will also find a ton of useful articles and tools to help keep you moving!  My 9yo received a pedometer for his birthday and has gotten a kick out of tracking how many steps he takes in a day.  I think my 7yo will give him a run for his money with this one!
