		<description>Motivation is the hardest thing! What helped me was creating visuals that I could see all the time. When I was paying off my credit card, I charted my progress on a big poster on my office wall. I also created lines for my savings and income (which grew as my debt shrunk). 

Another thing that helped me was being vocal about my goals to others. If other people have heard you say you&#039;re paying off debt, you won&#039;t go out and waste money. :)</description>
