I love Amazon Wishlists
I had a long week a couple weeks ago. We’ve all had those kind of weeks — when there is just too much to do in too little time and complications arise at every turn. When seven days feels like fifteen. One afternoon, late in that week, I came home and found an Amazon box on my doorstep. “Hmmmm,” I thought, “I don’t remember ordering anything?”
When I opened the box, I found 2 books from my Amazon wishlist. The packing slip noted that someone that reads my blog noticed I was having some tough days and sent me a couple books from my wishlist. It brightened my day and thrilled me! Especially since I had spent my last few gift certificates on books for the kids.
I also love using Amazon wishlists for my kids. When my oldest had neck surgery a few months ago, a few kind people sent him items from his list. They were things I knew he wanted, or would interest him, and it made it easier on others to just choose something from the list.
Amazon wishlists are one of my favorite ways to shop online! I love when friends and family have theirs filled out, because I know I will send them something they truly want or need.
Do you use an Amazon wishlist? How many do you have? Did you know you can have a bunch of different ones, and even set some as private? I have lists set up for each family member, plus private lists where I watch prices or keep gift ideas. They are a great timesaver. Plus, you never know when a kind soul may send you a special gift!
