Target Offers Gift Cards for Used Electronics

A few weeks back, I wrote about Amazon’s trade-in program.  Target has teamed up with Nextworth to offer a trade in program for electronics in exchange for Target gift cards.

You visit the site, enter the information about your old electronics (iPhone, Flip video cameras, digital cameras, iPods, game systems, DVDs, and more), including condition and what chargers, manuals you still have. They give you an estimate of what it’s worth and provide you with a postage paid label.  When you send in your equipment, they send you a gift card for the agreed upon amount.

This is a great way to get some money towards an upgrade, or to clear out old electronics from your home.  Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a market for that first generation Play Station we bought back in 1997 — but there are tons of electronics and movies that there ARE a market for!

In reference to your first generation Playstation. Have you checked the Edward McKay website, they buy old electronic games.
