Wii Sports Active – 3 weeks down
Ummm, yea. How do I say this to the Internet? I’m horrible about exercising. I had good intentions when I bought EA Sports Active! I exercised. I tracked extra activity. I had EVERY INTENTION of sticking with it.
But, I haven’t. I have excuses! It’s hot. I’m busy. It’s kinda boring. My kids bug me when I’m trying to exercise. I’m tired.
None are very good, though, are they? I thought posting about it would keep me motivated to stick with it, but here I am admitting that I’m a fitness failure.
Is it EA Sports Active‘s fault? No, I can’t say that it is. The game lays out a do-able workout that isn’t difficult to follow. It allows you to work out in the privacy of your own home. It includes a wide variety of activities and levels.
If you’re ready to commit to an excercise program, I think it’s worth a try. Apparently, I wasn’t quite ready. Maybe next month!

I finished the 30 day challenge and felt awesome. It is worth the push to get yourself to do it. It makes you feel better about you which is always better for the family.
Awwww Melanie! I think those are all GREAT excuses. Those are MY excuses, too!
I hope next month you can be successful.
